Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By installing or using Greenlight Approvals (“the App”) you agree to these Terms. If you install on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
The App provides approval and sign-off workflows inside the monday.com platform, including item/subitem approvals, an approvals inbox, automation blocks, external share-link reviews, reminders, and an audit history. Features may change over time.
3. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App within your monday.com account for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or resell the App except as permitted by law; (b) use it to violate any law or third-party right; (c) upload unlawful content; or (d) attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the App or other accounts’ data.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through the monday.com marketplace under the plan you select. Trials, plan changes, and cancellations follow monday’s billing mechanics. Current plans: Starter $14/mo and Pro $29/mo (14-day Pro trial).
6. Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you process through the App and for having the rights to do so.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On uninstall, data is deleted per the Privacy Policy’s retention schedule.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
The laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the LLP’s registered city.
